At SereneCreationsByLL, all products are made to order and shipped with care. Please review the details below to understand how shipping is handled.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

U.S. Orders
    •    Carrier: USPS
    •    Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after production
    •    Tracking: Sent via email once dispatched

European Union Orders
    •    Carrier: PostNL
    •    Delivery Time: 2–12 business days depending on country
    •    Tracking: Sent via email once dispatched

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:
    •    Canada
    •    Australia
    •    New Zealand
    •    Ukraine
    •    Russia
    •    All countries in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East

Tracking Information
    •    U.S. Orders: Please allow 24–48 hours after shipping for tracking to update.
    •    International Orders: Tracking may take 5–10 days to begin updating. It may pause once leaving the U.S. and resume after customs clearance in the destination country.

 

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, email us immediately at serenecreationsbyll@gmail.com.
Once production begins or the order is shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Delivery Issues
    •    If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request a reshipment.
    •    Additional delivery attempts or reshipments are not covered if the issue did not occur on our end.
    •    For tracking with no updates, please allow up to 5 business days. If no progress is seen after that, contact us within 30 days of shipment.
